Developing Positive Behaviour Management Skills - 4th and 11th March 2021
Please be aware that there are still places available on the Developing Positive Behaviour Management Skills course. Details of the course are as follows:
COURSE OUTLINE AND PURPOSE:
To develop skills and strategies to effectively manage the increasingly complex behaviours exhibited by pupils by considering: factors that contribute to those behaviours; guiding principles of Positive Behaviour Management; the communication gap; rules, rewards and consequences and anger management techniques.
Applicants who secure a place will need to attend both sessions which are scheduled from 1.00pm - 3.30pm both days.
No charge to LA Maintained Schools or Academies who buyback into the School Support Staff SLA.
