My aim, my vision and my ambition is to give Enfield Primary Schools and children high quality teaching, interventions and teacher CPD. I have worked in all of the primary schools over my 14 year connection with Enfield and I feel very passionate about giving our children and teachers the best possible education they deserve and have a right to especially our children who have been disadvantaged by school closure due to the Pandemic. My vision would be to deliver high quality teacher training to schools so that the content of daily teaching is outstanding, teachers are able to confidently present, deliver and engage with pupils, TA’s are trained on how to support teachers in the classroom so that individual pupils and groups of children are able to ‘keep up and bounce back’ in maths, Parents are given training and support on how to work with their children at home with maths activities that are interactive and fun and children are given maths masterclasses where they are challenged, enjoy the rigour of being challenged and are excited by the awe and wonder of maths.
Mr Numbervator (Isaac Anoom) offers and delivers school maths Inset, works with Parents on ‘Starfish’ maths training, delivers daily live online maths sessions for year 4, 5 and 6 pupils and delivers his Maths masterclasses online. Mr Numbervator also offers children the opportunity to ‘catch up, keep up and bounce back’ in maths in Saturday morning online maths sessions and makes children believe and feel that they are good in maths and can achieve in maths.
