New legal requirement to publish remote learning expectation
The government has brought in new legislation that requires schools to publish their remote education policy on their websites. This comes into effect on 12 February.
The DfE had already published a requirement that schools should publish this in their December update on remote learning, with an expectation this was done by 25 January.
If you already have a policy/expectation published online, then no further action is needed.
