Dear EVOLVE User
As many of you will know, we normally host annual training sessions for EVOLVE Administrators at various locations around the country. Feedback from these events indicates that EVOLVE Administrators find these events to be invaluable in helping them to get the most out of the system and support their schools and colleges. As well as looking at new features and reviewing recent updates that might have passed you by, these events provide a fantastic opportunity for networking.
Unfortunately, we cannot run events in the same 'in person' format this year, but following the success of our Autumn free webinar programme, we are hosting a virtual training session for all Local Authority and Trust EVOLVE administrators. Whilst the webinar format doesn't provide the same opportunity for networking, it does still enable you to update your EVOLVE knowledge and skills to empower you to best support your schools and colleges. What's more, rather than taking up the best part of your day and incurring costs, you can join us from the comfort of your very own office (or home).
We hope that you can join us and we are looking forward to actually seeing you all again in the not too distant future.
What will be covered?
Attendees will have the opportunity to:
- Review some of the key features & updates that have been added to EVOLVE in recent months
- Look at how EVOLVE has continued to support schools during the COVID crisis
- Look at how EVOLVEgo (the new free mobile app) can improve visit management
- Look at how the new EVOLVE support/help features and portal can support all users
- Look at how EVOLVE can support schools with 'Routine Visit' management and monitoring
Who should attend?
This free training event has been specifically designed for Local Authority and Trust staff working with EVOLVE. It is suitable for both staff with strategic responsibility for the provision of services to support Learning Outside the Classroom (e.g. Outdoor Education Advisers), and those performing day-to-day management tasks (e.g. administrative support).
Where and when?
The training event will be hosted on the Zoom platform and will run from 09:30-10:30 on Wednesday 10th February 2021.
How do I book a place?
Places are limited to 100 and allocated on a first come, first served basis, so I would recommend booking your place as soon as possible.
