To explore creative ways of identifying barriers to learning and co-producing related outcomes
To link outcomes to the pupils’ hopes and aspirations
Overview
This course is designed to equip teachers with the knowledge and skills to devise SMART outcomes that will enable staff, parents and pupils to show small step progress that SEND pupils make. The powerpoint from the course will be shared to enable participants to use it with school staff in a staff training session in order to cascade the messages.
