Overview

This interactive two session program will include:

  • Developing subject knowledge particularly of measure & statistics
  • Looking at misconceptions where maths and science overlap
  • Making maths meaningful with links to scientific enquiry
  • Draw upon the work of the Fibonacci Project at the University of Leicester:

          There are potential advantages to integrating mathematics and science which can enhance the learning of both subjects and in particular support the learning            and teaching of statistical thinking.
