Collecting/returning an instrument

The Music Service is now based at Civic Centre but collection or return of instruments is strictly by appointment only as Music Service staff are not always on site. If you need to collect or return an instrument please email enfieldmusicservice@enfield.gov.uk to make an appointment.

If after reading the FAQs you need to contact EMS, please email enfieldmusicservice@enfield.gov.uk. You can also call us on 020 8807 8881. Our phone lines are open during term time: 1.00pm – 4.30pm on Monday & Wednesday, 8.00am – 12.30pm on Tuesday, and 9:00 - 12:00 on Thursday & Friday. Please note that any visits to the EMS office are strictly by appointment only as staff are not always on site.
