Once you have committed to purchase lessons, hire and/or ensemble membership for the term, we are unable to offer refunds after the 14 day cancellation period has passed. If your child's tutor has not been able to provide the full number of lessons for the term, you will be issued a refund for any outstanding lessons at the start of the following term, after tutors' finalised registers have been processed.
