Aims

KEY OBJECTIVES:

  • Explore ways in which team leaders can improve outcomes for children within the context of the EYFS in their school
  • Support team leaders in their leadership role within the EYFS
  • Facilitate the opportunity for delegates to reflect on current issues and challenges within EYFS in schools, and to identify and reflect on good practice

Overview

Ongoing agenda items will cover:

  • Ofsted updates
  • government and local updates/initiatives
  • 2 year old provision in schools
  • 30 hour provision
  • networking
  • developing links with PVI settings
  • sharing best practice including enabling environments
  • data analysis and its implications for practice

There will also be a specific focus for each meeting which will be informed by the needs of the team leaders and will be emailed to schools nearer the time

Professional Learning Packages:

Schools have the option to buy a professional learning (PL) package for Early Years. Once purchased, the PL Booker for each school can book two people onto all courses within Early Years. Additional places will be charged at the cost displayed on the course page.

  • Select the package of professional learning you which to purchase
  • If you are purchasing for more than one school, select the school you are purchasing for

Packages can be purchased for non-Enfield schools, please select the OutOfBorough option.
