Our professional learning programme enables teaching assistants and other support staff to become more reflective, confident and creative through gaining a deeper understanding of classroom pedagogy.  It will help develop the attributes to make a significant impact on relationships with both children and young people and also with colleagues.

Designed to drive up standards within schools, our highly effective and innovative professional development training programme covers all aspects of school life from First Aid Training to Higher Level Teaching Assistant Training.
