Aims

To provide an overview of procurement in schools. 

Overview

This introductory session on procurement will help with an understanding of compliance to UK procurement law, and organisational governance.  It will focus on schools procurement, challenges, and explore effective procurement in a busy school environment.  It will also look at risk, and how to be more proactive, frameworks and identifying requirements.
