Overview
This interactive two session program will include:
- Developing subject knowledge particularly of measure & statistics
- Looking at misconceptions where maths and science overlap
- Making maths meaningful with links to scientific enquiry
- Draw upon the work of the Fibonacci Project at the University of Leicester:
There are potential advantages to integrating mathematics and science which can enhance the learning of both subjects and in particular support the learning and teaching of statistical thinking.
