Activities on Mondays and Tuesdays are based at Enfield County Lower School, Rosemary Avenue, EN2 0SP.

There are discounts available for some pupils who are eligible for Free School Meals (FSM).  The discounts apply for children who are eligible for Targeted FSM, which applies when the household income is £7,400 or less per year. 

Lessons: The level of funding support is agreed by each school.  You need to get a signed letter from the school confirming they will help fund lessons for your child, and upload it to the child's profile on our Music Store.  A discount on the cost will then automatically be applied to the products in your basket at check out.

Ensemble membership: There is a 50% discount for pupils eligible for Targeted FSM.  This discount will automatially be applied to your basket once a confirmation of school funding letter is uploaded to your child's profile.

There is a 25% discount on instrument hire for pupils who are eligible for Targeted FSM.  This discount will automatially be applied to your basket once a confirmation of school funding letter is uploaded to your child's profile.

If your child is not receiving lessons through EMS so you do not have a funding letter from the school to upload, please email us confirmation of eligibility for Targeted Free Schools Meals to enfieldmusicservice@enfield.gov.uk and we will send you a disocunt code to use when you book ensemble membership or instrument hire only.

For lessons, the level of funding is agreed by the child's school, who will issue a funding form to confirm that.  For instrument hire there is a 25% discount available, and for ensemble membership, there is a 100% discount.

If you are a new customer please speak to your child's school to get a confirmation form and email it to us at enfieldmusicservice@enfield.gov.uk before booking lessons so we can send you a code to use at check out.

If you are an existing customer and we have your funding form on file we will automatically send you a code when bookings open for each new term, however you will need to obtain a new funding confirmation from your child's school for each new academic year and email it to us before booking Autumn term lessons.

Pupil absence – individual lessons in school:
You need to give the tutor at least 2 weeks advance notice of absence, in which case the tutor will try to rearrange the lesson for another time or a refund will be issued if this is not possible.

Pupil absence – paired/group lessons in school:
If one pupil is absent from a group or paired lesson we are unfortunately unable to rearrange the missed lesson or give a refund for that pupil. The other pupil will receive their lesson as normal.

Pupil absence – EMS Saturday Music Centre and Evening Tuition Centres:
Any lessons missed at our Saturday Centre and/or EMS Evening Tuition Centres cannot be rearranged and will not be refunded.
