Forum to discuss Safeguarding issues with Online Safety
Overview
The Safeguarding Forum provides an opportunity for Governors
to discuss issues related to safeguarding and the
‘Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE)’ statutory guidance, to which schools must have regard when carrying out their duties to safeguard and promote the welfare of children. It’s a platform for discussing implications relating to the guidance and arising issues. You are invited to submit questions/suggested topics prior to the session. This term's focus is Online Safety and the Governors role to ensure online safety measures are in place.
