Enfield Trauma Informed Practice in Schools and Settings (E-TIPSS) - Training for Leaders / Senior Leaders in Schools and Settings - September / November 2026

Aims

The Enfield Educational Psychology Service is extending the current E-TIPSS training offer to include sessions developed specifically for leaders or senior leaders in schools, settings and services across Enfield, which will be delivered as two half days.

The training will explore ways in which trauma might impact upon various levels of an organisation, including the workforce with focus on the impact of working as a leader in trauma-impacted contexts. We also provide an overview of the ARC framework.

If you are part of an academy, please feel free to invite members of the wider leadership team within the trust.

It is important that both part 1 and part 2 of this in-person training are attended.

This training will be facilitated by Kati Taunt (ARC Consultant to Enfield).
