Booking lessons

Make sure you’ve created an account, signed in and set up the pupil you want to purchase music lessons for. Once you’ve done that, you can go to the Music Store and shop for the music lessons you want by following the instructions on screen.

Collecting/returning an instrument

Collection or return of instruments is strictly by appointment only as Music Service staff are not always on site at the office. If you need to collect or return an instrument please email enfieldmusicservice@enfield.gov.uk to make an appointment.

If after reading the FAQs you need to contact EMS, please email enfieldmusicservice@enfield.gov.uk. You can also call us on 020 8807 8881. Our phone lines are open during term time: 1.00pm – 4.30pm on Monday & Wednesday, 8.00am – 12.30pm on Tuesday, and 9:00 - 12:00 on Thursday & Friday. Please note that any visits to the EMS office are strictly by appointment only as staff are not always on site.

Ensembles & groups - membership

Answer

Make sure you’ve created an account, signed in and added a profile for the pupil you want to purchase membership for. Once you’ve done that, you can go to the Ensembles & Clubs Store and shop for the membership you want by choosing the group then following the instructions on screen.
