Overview
The Enfield Advisory Service for Autism (EASA) is proud to be working in partnership with Enfield SEN, Speech and Language Therapy and the Educational Psychology Service to bring you this conference on Autistic Girls. It is a topic that is very important to us all as we are increasingly aware of the challenges faced by autistic girls in their daily lives. We want autistic girls to thrive and be supported to make the best of their strengths and interests as they go through school. Sadly, many feel they have to mask their differences and to fit in with others at great emotional cost. This day is designed to explore the experiences of autistic girls from a range of perspectives and to help SENCos think about the changes they can make to ensure their school is a positive place for these exceptional girls who have so much to offer.
Schools who are part of the Enfield SEND/Inclusion Professional Learning Subscription can claim one free ticket
