Are there any concessions available?

Answer

There are concessions available for pupils who are eligible for Free School Meals (not including UIFSM). For lessons, these concessions are determined by each school and will be applied to products in the store after you upload a document from the school confirming your eligibility during the pupil registration process. For ensemble membership, there is a 50% concession for pupils who are eligible for Free School Meals (not including UIFSM). Again, this will be applied after you upload your benefits letter confirming eligibility during the pupil registration process. There is a 25% concession on instrument hire for pupils who are eligible for Free School Meals (not including UIFSM). This will be applied after you upload your benefits letter confirming eligibility during the pupil registration process.

Can I change my child’s lessons?

Answer

Once you’ve purchased lessons, you have 14 days to cancel them. After this period you are not able to make any changes until registering for the following term. When you are asked to renew lessons for the next term, if you wish to make changes you must cancel the existing lessons and shop for the new lessons you want instead.

Can I get a refund?

Answer

Once you have committed to purchase lessons, hire and/or ensemble membership for the term, we are unable to offer refunds after the 14 day cancellation period has passed. If your tutor has not been able to complete the full number of lessons for the term, you will be issued a refund for any missed lessons.

Can I hire an instrument without buying lessons?

Answer

Yes you can, by selecting Instrument Hire Store from the Store menu (top right hand side of your screen) and choosing the music instrument hire you want. We are not able to loan Pianos, Keyboards, Guitars, Recorders, Tin Whistles or Ukuleles.

Can I pay in instalments?

Answer

Yes, you can pay for lessons in two equal instalments. To do this, you will need to enable the instalments option via pupil settings - log in and click 'pupil', select the pupil's name, put cursor on the three dots to the right of the pupil’s name, select 'settings' then click 'change' in 'payment settings', tick 'enable pay in instalments', agree the terms of use and then save.
