Re: Free online mental health support for young people in Enfield

Kooth is a free online counselling and emotional well-being support service for young people.  It is a safe, secure and anonymous means of accessing support for their emotional needs, from a team of qualified counsellors. NHS North Central London Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) has commissioned the online counselling service Kooth for all young people in Enfield. Kooth is available free to Enfield Young people aged 11-18 (up to 19th birthday).

Kooth ensures that young people have access to a range of mental health and wellbeing services and can support schools as part of their wellbeing plan for students. Kooth operates out of hours service weekdays from 12 -10 pm and the weekend from 6pm to 10 pm 365 days a year.

Schools play a really important role in creating awareness of this service. There are a number of ways schools can support engagement listed below
