Logging In

I want an account to access Traded Services on The Hub

Please get in touch with the person who does buybacks for your school and they can set you up with an account. If you are a school or education establishment outside of the borough of Enfield looking to purchase traded services from us, please email sts@enfield.gov.uk and we will set up an account for you.

I have an account for The Hub but cannot remember my password

Please click the Reset Password link to receive an email so you can change your password.

 

Using The Hub

Can I download a copy of the brochure to read through?

You can read a digital copy of the brochure online. Please visit Buy Our Services -> Schools Traded Services Digital Brochure

What buybacks did I have in 2020/2021 and what have I bought into so far this year?

If you log into The Hub, then go to Schools Dashboard -> Boughtback Services and you will see everything there.

 

Buying Services

None of the services have a price. Why is that?

As The Hub is a closed user group, you need to be logged in to view the prices

I want to buyback a service but there are no prices

It is highly likely the service offers a bespoke price tailored to your school. If you click the ‘Click for a Quote’ button, the service is alerted to your request and will get back to you to discuss your requirement.

Is there a deadline as to when I can complete my buyback?

We would like all buybacks to be completed by 31 March 2021, however there are some services that can be purchased ad-hoc after 01 April.

There’s a service I want to buy back, but I need the offer tailored to my requirements. What do I do?

Please email sts@enfield.gov.uk giving full details of your requirements and the Schools Traded Services team will liaise with the service on your behalf. We will then revert with a price.

I want to buy back into a service but I normally have an annual SLA with them.

We will be liaising with all services and getting the SLA cost for you. We will then email you a Custom Quote with all your SLA’s and 2021/22 costs. All you need to do is click the link on the email and this will place the SLA’s into you’re the Hub shopping basket so you can log in and checkout.

How do I know if a service is statutory for my school?

At the top of the service description, it will indicate if the statutory service applies to your school

If a service is statutory for my school, do I need to add it to my shopping basket?

No. Your normal form of interaction with the service continues.

Why am I seeing two sets of prices, 2020/2021 and 2021/2022?

Some services are still available to buy into for the current 2020/2021 year, so when placing your order into your shopping basket, please endure you are buying into the correct Financial Year.

I want to buy back into a service, there are prices per pupil and per FTE (Full Time Employee). What number do I use?

Please use the figures from your last census and put this in the Quantity box.

I’ve purchased a service but cannot see where to download the documents from.

If you have purchased Enfield SPS, Governor Services or Health & Safety, after logging in you will see a menu called ‘Resources’. If you cannot see this or cannot download the documents, please email sts@enfield.gov.uk with your details and we will activate this facility for you.
