The new Children & Family Services Hub opens on Monday 19 December 2022. The Hub is located at Thomas Hardy House (1st and 2nd floor) in Enfield Town. The Hub is above the Dugdale Centre: 39 London Road EN2 6DS and has its own entrance. Access to the Theatre is through a separate entrance on Cecil Road.
All phone numbers and emails are staying the same.
Children’s Social Care and Early Help services will be starting work from the new site on Monday 19th December 2022, with Youth Justice services being fully operational at the end of February 2023.
Please note: Charles Babbage House will be closed from Monday 19th December 2022.
The Hub at Thomas Hardy House will enable Council staff and partners to be co-located in one central Enfield location with good transport links for service users and visitors. The hub is secure, fully accessible, and an environment which supports smart working, enabling teams to work more collaboratively. Opening times: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm for members of the public ; 7am to 8pm for staff and partners who work from the building.
On arrival, please report to reception.
Parking:
There are public car parks throughout Enfield, and free roadside parking within walking distance.
For blue badge holders there is parking in the surrounding streets and in the car parks nearby in line with the blue badge regulations (please check the length of time that you are allowed to park for).
Transport Links:
Trains: Enfield Town Overground station is the closest station to the hub. Enfield Chase Overground station is a 10 to 15 minute walk from the Hub.
Buses: The nearest bus stops are Little Park Gardens, Church Street, Genotin Road and St Anne’s School. The following buses go to Enfield Town: 121,191,192,231,307,313 and 329.
