Sound Out Schools Concert – Dugdale Arts Centre
For all Key Stage 1, 2 and 3 and Special Schools (including academies), Headteachers, Music Leads, Music Teachers, and any interested Staff
London Sinfonietta presents our Sound Out Schools Concert in Enfield!
Join us at Dugdale Arts Centre for an interactive, whistle-stop tour of new music and composition!
Fresh from the Royal Festival Hall stage, presenter Patrick Bailey and London Sinfonietta musicians explore how to compose and create new music. Listen to pieces by living composers, join in with the performance and hear new work by young people from Enfield who have taken part in our Composition Challenges programme. The concert lasts approximately 45 minutes and is ideal for pupils in Key Stage 2, but all are welcome.
Performances take place at 11am and 1.30pm on the following dates:

This concert is FREE to attend, funded by Enfield Music Service, but requires a deposit of £10 per pupil to hold your seats (accompanying staff go free), which is fully refundable unless your school fails to attend.

A teachers preparation meeting will take place online on Wednesday 5 June 4-5pm. Presenter Patrick Bailey will cover what to expect and some fun activities to do beforehand with your class, including learning a song which you and your pupils will get to perform with the London Sinfonietta!
