ALL Enfield Secondary Schools - Youth Leadership Academy 2026
For all Form Tutor, Deputy Head Teacher, Phase Leader, PSHE Lead, Head of Year & Pastoral Staff
Please find attached our flyer for the Youth Leadership Academy 2026, a bold two-day AQA-accredited leadership programme designed for young people aged 14 to 19 who are ready to step up, build confidence, and influence real change in their community.
This is not another passive workshop. The Academy challenges young people to think critically, lead with purpose, and translate ideas into action. Participants will develop leadership presence, communication skills, teamwork, and decision-making while gaining a recognised qualification that strengthens future education, employment, and volunteering pathways.
Young people who take part will also have opportunities to become Summer Uni Young Leaders, helping shape how significant funding is invested into local youth programmes, and Young Inspectors, contributing directly to improving youth services through lived experience and evidence-based feedback.
The programme includes:
- Leadership Introduction Session: Wednesday 11 February, 5pm to 6pm
- AQA Leadership Course: Wednesday 18 and Thursday 19 February, 10am to 3pm
Venue: Alan Pullinger Centre, 1 John Bradshaw Road, Southgate, N14 6BN
Spaces are limited and demand is expected to be high. We would appreciate your support in sharing this opportunity with young people who would benefit from developing their leadership potential and having their voices genuinely heard.
