We will be creating resources for each of these events for you to share with your school community.

These resources will be accessible via the EPS website Mental Health Awareness | Educational Psychology Service and updated termly.

You can also access resources from previous years’ mental health awareness events on the same page.

Materials to support this year’s World Mental Health Day can be found here https://www.enfield.gov.uk/__data/assets/pdf_file/0020/140762/World-Mental-Health-Day-Poster.pdf

Enfield Council has created a wellbeing video for World Mental Health Day https://youtu.be/KlLESbiWx0o

Resources for International Stress Awareness Week Alongside National Self-Care Week will be uploaded over the next couple of weeks.

We hope that the addition of this webpage and access to materials will support schools, families, and services to engage meaningfully with these events and to raise awareness of important topics throughout the year.
