BESPOKE CPD

EMS can also provide bespoke music CPD to meet schools’ needs which can be delivered as group training sessions for staff teaching in different phases.

Examples of the training offered include:

  • National Curriculum music
  • Using classroom percussion in music lessons
  • Singing the curriculum
  • Make your school a singing school
  • Creative ways to use Charanga resources in the classroom (both specialist and non-specialist)

CPD sessions can be requested via the Buy Our Services tab on The Hub or by emailing wendy.kemp@enfield.gov.uk

CURRICULUM SUPPORT

EMS can provide support to school leadership in monitoring the quality of National Curriculum music lessons delivered by school-based staff through paired observations with a member of the school’s senior leadership team. We can also provide support to schools in designing/revising their Music Curriculum and delivery.  Please contact Elena Browne (elena.browne@enfield.gov.uk) to discuss either of these options further.
