Hourly Charge (20min Grace Period) for Meetings Exceeding 2hrs - 2025/2026

Same-Day Cancellation Fee with Clerk at Venue - 2025/2026

A cancellation fee will be incurred should a meeting be cancelled once the Clerk has arrived at the venue.

Prohibition 2025-2026

The Chair, Headteacher or school representative shall not directly or indirectly solicit or entice away from the Enfield Governance Support Service, a Clerk form the Clerking Service. If this is breached a finders/replacement fee of £1700 will be charged to the school which would cover recruitment, training and replacement costs.
