Mental health in schools toolkit relaunched
Healthy London Partnership has been working with the Greater London Authority (GLA) and Good Thinking to ensure schools are supporting children with their emotional wellbeing and mental health. The new range of resources have been designed specifically to help manage mental wellbeing during this outbreak and includes a range of advice and information for children and young people, parents, carers, schools, governors and commissioners on mental health and emotional wellbeing. Find out more.

NHS Health at Home campaign – new messaging and assets for pregnant women and new parents
To maintain social distancing, people are advised to stay at home as much as possible. There are also instances where people will need to shield or self-isolate, for example if they are extremely clinically vulnerable or have symptoms of coronavirus.

The Health at Home campaign signposts to useful information on how to access NHS services online to help people easily access services at home. The public can find out how to contact their GP, order repeat prescriptions, manage their wellbeing and existing conditions – without having to leave home.

The campaign has been updated to align with new government guidance and complements the NHS ‘Help Us Help You’ campaign by signposting to online provisions of NHS services. The Health at Home campaign directs the public to a dedicated web area: www.nhs.uk/health-at-home

As well as general assets for those with health concerns or ordering repeat prescriptions, specific assets are now available for some long-term illnesses/vulnerable groups such as those with diabetes or asthma and pregnant people and new parents.
