FAO: All Educational Visits co-ordinators (EVCs)
We are running a webinar for schools/colleges to introduce them to EVOLVEgo. Please feel free to pass the below email on to your schools/colleges if you think that they might find it useful.
We pleased to announce that EVOLVEgo, the new mobile app for EVOLVE, is now available.
In order to support Schools/Colleges in the roll-out of this new app we are running FREE webinars for visit leaders, trip administrators and EVCs. These events will provide an opportunity to see EVOLVEgo in action and learn about how it can be used to enhance the operational management of educational visits.
The webinars will:
1) Show you how to download EVOLVEgo to your mobile device
2) Demonstrate the basic features of EVOLVEgo
3) Look at how schools that subscribe to EVOLVE+ or EVOLVEpremium can get even more from the app
4) Summarise the steps that the school should take in order to prepare for the roll-out of EVOLVEgo
Whilst you may not are not running as many trips as usual, now is a great time for EVCs and trip administrators to prepare for the return to a full programme of educational visits by updating their skills and learning about the different ways that EVOLVE can assist with the planning and management of opportunities for learning outside the classroom.
We will be running two sessions, each lasting 45 minutes, on Wednesday 2nd December 2020 so that you can choose the most convenient time for you.
