A-Symptomatic Rapid Testing – No Appointment Required – Walk Through Only
You must not go here if you have symptoms (If you have symptoms please see Symptomatic Testing below)
There are now eight sites which are open for Rapid Testing which can be used by residents who don’t have any symptoms – around 1 in 3 people with Covid-19 don’t have any symptoms, but can still pass it on. If you have symptoms please use the mobile or fixed testing sites.
The borough-wide rapid testing, also known as lateral flow testing, will offer on-the-spot testing without the need to book an appointment. You will receive your results on the same day.
These sites are free for everyone to use, however everyone who can stay at home should stay at home – if you can’t work from home because you are a key worker or carer, these mass testing centres provide local ‘rapid tests’ for people without symptoms - providing quick results to check that you are free from the virus and aren’t spreading it to others.
Opening times are 9am to 6pm – 7 days a week.

Symptomatic Testing – Appointment Required
We have 5 test sites for residents who have symptoms. These are by appointment only and it is important to note that the appointments are not available until after 20:00 on the evening before. The booking portal can become very busy at times, so please be patient and persistent.
You will require one appointment per person e.g. If there are 4 people in 1 car that want to be tested 4 appointments must be booked.
**If booking a ‘walk through’ appointment, please select ‘unknown’ when prompted to enter a car registration in order to proceed with your booking**

Home Test Collection Points - No Appointment Required
If you have a child of school age living at home you are encouraged to participate in regular home testing.
If you are unable to visit a Local Rapid Testing Centre you can collect home test kits from the below test centres during the specified times.
