Traded Services Customer Satisfaction Survey

Last year, many of you kindly completed a Customer Satisfaction Survey. The data collated was used to help traded services gauge where they are as a service, where they were performing well and where the minority needed to improve the service they offered you. I do hope that during this past year you would have noticed signs of improvement and further enhancements from the wider traded services teams.

I am pleased to attach a link here to this years’ survey. Can I ask you to please complete this survey before 31 January 2022. This will again help us to engage with the traded services offered to schools and further enhance the level of service given to you. The survey should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete but the information gathered is invaluable to the Schools Traded Services team and the wider council.
