Gas and Electricity Prices from October 2022 – July update
Further to the comms sent after February Schools Forum the energy market continues to be extremely volatile due to the situation in Ukraine.
At present the pricing is still volatile so the prediction of increases previously advised may well be incorrect. The current figures indicate an increase of the following percentage against the 2021/2022 cost -
Gas: 55% lower than estimated in March 2022
Electricity: 70% an increase to that estimated in March 2022
The final prices will be released in late October to yourselves directly.
