ELSA Information Sessions

FAO: Headteachers and SENCOs

Dear Headteachers and SENCOs,

Are you interested in training an ELSA within your school?

Emotional Literacy Support Assistants (ELSA) is an Educational Psychology-led national programme, which trains TAs, LSAs and learning mentors to work alongside their existing roles to provide SEMH interventions to pupils in their schools. The next round of ELSA training will be taking place in the Autumn term. Enfield Educational Psychology Service will be holding information sessions for schools to find out more information about the ELSA role on Friday 24th June 10-10:30am and Tuesday 5th July 3:30pm. The content of these sessions is identical, so you only need book onto one. Please use the flyer attached to sign up to an information session or express interest in training ELSAs. Please also see the Enfield ELSA brochure for more information.
