Teach Active Maths
For Maths Subject Leads and PE Subject Leads in all Primary & Special Schools
The Enfield PE Team have partnered with Teach Active Maths, offering their buyback schools free access to the multi-award-winning resource ‘Teach Active Maths’.
This is an online resource giving teachers access to lesson plans and resources designed to incorporate movement and physical activity in Maths lessons.
The Maths plans have received national recognition for their benefits to making the school day more active and improving attitudes and attainment in Maths. They are also praised as part of the edtech agenda for saving teachers’ time. It is a brilliant opportunity to collaborate and reap the benefits of cross curricular learning.
Teach Active founder Jon Smedley will be in Enfield leading part of the Maths primary networking day with Sara Tilley and Peter Warwick on Wednesday 6th June at The Nest (former site of Woodpecker Hall Academy).
