2026 Spring Census Data and 2025/26 Autumn Absence Available in Perspective Lite

Schools can now view 2026 Spring School Census data and 2025/26 autumn absence and exclusions/suspensions in Perspective Lite.

School Census Cohort Analysis
School Census Cohort analysis in the Analysis (Insight) module provides clear, infographic-style reports that contextualise termly School Census data and can be used in management reporting.
School Census Cohort analysis allows you to visualise your pupil groups (including SEND, disadvantaged, demographics and summer-born) all with local authority, regional and national comparators. These analytics allow you to understand your school data quickly without manual analysis, saving you time and resources.
In Perspective Lite select LA Services > Analysis (Insight) > Census Cohort > Select Academic Year '2025/26' and Term 'Spring' to view most recent analytics.

Absence and Exclusions/Suspensions Details Analysis
'Absence' and 'Exclusions/Suspensions' Details dashboards provide analytics of your schools' 2025/26 autumn absence and exclusions/suspension data that can be used in management reporting, saving you time and resources.
View absence or exclusions/suspensions for different pupil groups (including SEND and disadvantaged), or year groups, in your school, all with local authority, regional and national comparators.
In Perspective Lite select LA Services > Analysis (Insight) > Details > 'Absence Details' or 'Excl/Susp' > Select Academic Year '2025/26' and Term 'Autumn' to view analytics.
