Message from CLEAPSS - Please Read
For all Schools
Dear Colleagues
We would like to invite you to check the contacts on your school list.
This will allow us to maintain GDPR compliance.
Please can you:
- Pass your role to another member of staff if you are leaving the school
- Remove any staff members who have left the school
- Add new staff who need CLEAPSS access
- Remove students from the list, as they should not have access to our website
If you need to transfer your administrative permissions to a different member of staff, you can do so in the manage organisation section of https://my.cleapss.org.uk, using the linked guidance at the bottom of this email. Please inform your colleagues that you have updated their permissions.
If your school has moved to a new address, please let us know at science@cleapss.org.uk so we can update your details, and ensure you continue to receive post from us.
If your school changes its email addresses this year, please update the email address you use to login so that we can contact you by email in the future.
