Dear colleagues
I hope your staff, children and families have been able to remain safe during Storm Eunice. Thank you for your calm and considered decision making in the face of the weather warning and please do continue to keep in touch with your LA emergency resilience teams if you need immediate support.
I’m conscious your teams will be checking for damage to school sites as many of you return after the half-term break. Please find attached a fact sheet which may help you with sources of support and information should you need them. Maintained schools should contact your Local Authority.
I would welcome any headlines about significant implications of the storm on sites and communities to this email address which will help us understand the impact of the storm across the region.
