Benedict’s Law – Support available to Enfield Schools

For all Headteachers, Chair of Governors and Business Manager

Benedict’s Law will become a new statutory and mandatory legal requirement for schools in England from September 2026, the attached letter outlines the support available to schools from Enfield’s School Nursing Service in relation to anaphylaxis awareness and management.
